What is your obligation if you join?
- Your only obligation is to stay a member for one year and to purchase (at a 10% discount) the bottles in each automatic shipment. There is no fee to join.
How many shipments will you receive each year?
- Shipments containing two-bottles, four-bottles or twelve-bottles (case) of wine will be shipped to members approximately four times throughout the year. Annual membership will include one to six bottles each of our Lorenzo Chardonnay, Damaris Reserve Chardonnay, Overlook Chardonnay, Armagh Chardonnay, Grand Detour Pinot Noir, Kanzler Pinot Noir and Steel Plow Syrah.
What kind of discount will you get if you wish to purchase additional bottles?
- 1-3 bottles – 10%
- 4-11 bottles – 15%
- 1 case or more – 20%
Will you be notified prior to each shipment?
- Prior to shipment, you will receive a release letter describing the wines. An order form will be included and you will be able to order more than the minimum shipment – while supplies last. We can also contact you about releases by email if this is preferable.
How do you cancel your membership?
- If after one year of membership you wish to cancel, simply send us a letter or an email. All requests to cancel must be in writing.
