Something that I really love about Overlook is that in an ocean of chardonnay it is a wine that you can count on every vintage. The 2009 Overlook is certainly another stellar example of our signature house cuvée. This balanced Sonoma chardonnay ticks all the right boxes with aromas of white pear and cinnamon applesauce while flavors of ripe orchard fruit with mellow oak hints linger pleasantly. At $20 a bottle the 2009 Overlook is a smart buy and if you need to stock up for summer with a crowd pleasing chardonnay this is your wine, just ask the critics.

OVERLOOK LOUNGE

This month we opened our club exclusive lounge. We are thrilled to have a place for our members to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of Sonoma Valley. If you are planning a trip to Landmark, let me know so I can reserve a spot for you.

The Overlook Lounge is open Saturday and Sunday only. In an effort to accommodate everyone, we arranged a lounge schedule. Each time slot is for 90 minutes, with a maximum of 10 people. The first seating will be at 10:30, the succeeding will be as follows: 12pm, 1:30pm, and the last seating will be at 3:00pm. During each allotted time, you will have your own personal tasting room associate to lead you through your tasting and answer all the questions you have always wanted to ask! You will also be able to taste through some local artisan cheeses that will pair with the wines you are sampling. We look forward to seeing you take advantage of the lounge and its 360 panoramic view of our estate!
