Celebrating our founder, Damaris Deere Ford, the Damaris Reserve Chardonnay is a selection of the best Chardonnay that Landmark Vineyards makes each year. For 2016, the Damaris Reserve Chardonnay is sourced entirely from the Flocchini Vineyard located on the eastern side of the Petaluma Wind Gap, a region that experiences extremely cool, but long growing seasons, allowing the Chardonnay fruit to maintain balance and acidity while developing fully mature flavor potential.

Tasting notes
Bright aromatics of ripe lemon and Asian pear, honeysuckle, oak barrel spice with a little pound cake like richness. The palate is full with bright lemon, yellow apple and unripe pear with shortbread and orange blossom accents leading to a clean, crisp finish showing lingering citrus and ripe pineapple on a background of French oak and barrel spice. Drink now or cellar 5-7 years.
Food pairings
Try it with baked Lobster and drawn butter, or try a salt roasted pear tortellini with shaved parmesan.
