2016 Grand Detour Pinot Noir

Our 2016 Grand Detour Pinot Noir was our first vintage sourced from Landmark’s Hop Kiln Estate Vineyard located in the heart of the Russian River Valley. The grapes used for this came from the lower portion of the vineyard on the first rise as you head west from the Russian River. The result in the glass is a well-structured, complex full-bodied wine with a silky texture and rich aromatics – the hallmark of Landmark Vineyards Grand Detour Pinot Noir. This library release is perfect for those who appreciate the character and complexity of mature wine. You’ll notice that the wine’s primary flavors have become less dominant with aging, creating entirely new aromas and flavors to enjoy.
