Full Wine Specifications (PDF)
Medium ruby color with showy and complex aromas of ripe red and black fruit mixed with barrel spice, tobacco, leather, cola, and oak. The palate is near full-bodied with lots of black cherry and strawberry jam on the entry mixed with vanilla, cinnamon, and oak accents going into the midpalate. The finish is long and clean with cherry candy notes mixed with tannins that fully support the wine’s intensity and complexity.
The 2021 Rayhill Pinot Noir pairs well with a pan-seared duck breast with wild mushrooms or Korean bulgogi.
